Mark Johnson
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Johnson is a husband, father, grandfather and foster grandfather. His dedication to helping others is the single defining character in his life. In addition to raising his own family, he has coached youth soccer and basketball over a 30 year span and supported at risk youth. Mr. Johnson has lived his life in service to others. His greatest joy now is participating in the lives of his grandchildren.
Mr. Johnson has been trusted throughout his career by world-class companies to lead mission-critical functions domestically and internationally. It has been that trust that afforded him the opportunities to learn, grow, and develop the skill set that now serves Trust-Ed's clients. He will quickly point out that all the knowledge and skills in the world means little to nothing unless you care about your fellow man. Serving others with genuine humility has been the most important and satisfying aspect of his life.

Brandon Johnson
Executive Director
TRUST-Ed's Executive Director, Brandon Johnson was educated at The Ohio State University. He has always been a loyal and committed family man with strong instincts to serve and protect his loved ones and the most vulnerable of those around him. It was a natural extension for him to leverage these same instincts to embrace the challenge of solving the problems facing America's disadvantaged youth.

In order to make a more scalable and strategic impact for America's youth, Mr. Johnson developed the core program elements that remain the cornerstones for Trust-Ed. It was the marriage of technology, sound business principles, and a focused mission to serve America's youth that formed the foundation for the company.

Anamim Heras-Mireles
Director of Marketing
Anamim has her Master’s degree in Marketing and Digital Commercialization Strategies and leads the effort to share Trust-Ed's story with the world. Anamim grew up in a small city called Cuauhtémoc in Chihuahua, Mexico and learned the English language while studying in England as a teen. Anamim was able to witness first-hand the depth of children's needs and the commonalities of the human condition across a variety of international communities.
The one thing Anamim cherishes most in the world is her family. Being a part of something that helps children to be given equal opportunities to succeed, independent of economic or social condition, is very personal to her. Having a safe and reliable adult looking out for them at all times is important to Anamim, as it is to everyone else on the Trust-Ed Team.

Lalit Vijay
Technology Leader
Mr. Lalit Vijay, TRUST-Ed's Technology Lead, attended Sikkim Manipal University. He is a family man at heart, he finds his greatest joy in the love and laughter shared with his beloved wife and two most lovely daughters. Mr. Lalit Vijay, a trailblazing individual whose journey from a skilled developer to a successful entrepreneur has been nothing short of extraordinary. As a Co-Founder of TrivialWorks Solutions, he has left an indelible mark on the tech industry, driven by a passion for innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
As the esteemed Technology Lead of TRUST-ED, Lalit Vijay has been an indispensable driving force in shaping the project's technological landscape right from its inception. With an unwavering passion for innovation and a profound understanding of cutting-edge technologies, he has played a pivotal role in transforming visionary ideas into tangible solutions.
One of Lalit's greatest strengths is his innate curiosity and drive to stay at the forefront of technological advancements. Lalit consistently encouraged the team to embrace emerging trends, enabling TRUST-Ed to remain ahead of the curve and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Praveen Srivastava
Lead Developer
Praveen Srivastava is a visionary lead developer with a passion for cutting-edge technology and a relentless drive for innovation. With his experience in the software industry, he has solidified his reputation as a masterful architect and an exceptional problem solver.
From a young age, Praveen exhibited an insatiable curiosity for computers and coding. Growing up, he spent countless hours exploring the world of programming, developing small applications, and honing his skills. This innate fascination led him to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a renowned institution, where he excelled academically and received numerous accolades.
Recognizing his potential, Praveen was appointed as the Lead Developer of TRUST-Ed. As the Lead Developer, he flawlessly directed cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning. His approachable demeanor and ability to inspire his team to achieve beyond their potential resulted in high morale and increased productivity.

Taylor Bouve
Director of Programs
Taylor has been working with Trust-Ed since 2020 developing a one of a kind insurance policy. Our program is so unique that Taylor had to work with carriers across the country to come up with the perfect way to protect the Trust-Ed Program and our Affiliates. He currently leads the effort to ensure each of the Trust-Ed Affiliates are covered from risk, and at a fair rate.

Taylor graduated from Arizona State University and has a diverse background: Before joining the Trust-Ed team Taylor started his career with a Silicon Valley giant and then partnered with Crest Insurance to develop the coverage that all Trust-Ed Affiliates enjoy today! Taylor has been with us since the beginning and now wears multiple hats at Trust-Ed. Taylor leads efforts for Trust-Ed in Business Development, Tech Training, Insurance, and much more. Taylor is a valued member of our team and we are proud to work with him!
